Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with Playbookly. It applies to everyone who uses the studio and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

• Documenting your own business processes as SOPs, checklists, manuals and diagrams.
• Onboarding and training your own staff and team.
• Sharing generated templates within your organisation after you have reviewed and adapted them.

Prohibited use

• Presenting a generated document as an official, approved or certified compliance record.
• Using outputs to evade legal safety, fire, food-safety, employment or data-protection requirements.
• Entering confidential, secret, or third-party proprietary information you are not entitled to use.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful content, or content that violates others' rights.
• Attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Reselling or redistributing the service itself as if it were your own product.
• Using the service to produce regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) for third parties.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every output before you rely on it, and for ensuring any regulated step meets the rules that apply where you operate. See the AI Disclaimer.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and report unlawful activity where required. Report concerns to support@rollykuku.shop.
