Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

How cancellations and refunds work for Playbookly subscriptions. All amounts are in USD.

Important: Cancel anytime — it stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Unused monthly allowance is not refunded.

Subscription model

Playbookly is a pure subscription service billed in US dollars (USD). Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Each plan includes a service allowance that resets each period and does not carry over. There are no credits, top-ups or stored value.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your billing portal or by emailing support@rollykuku.shop. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. Unused allowance is not refunded or transferred.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a period has started. We will, however, provide a refund where:

  • you were charged in error or double-charged;
  • a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a material part of the period and we could not resolve it; or
  • a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds are processed through our payment provider and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Free plan

The Draft plan is free and involves no payment, so no refund applies. You can stop using it at any time.

Billing questions and disputes

If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first at support@rollykuku.shop so we can put it right quickly. If you paid by card, you also retain any chargeback rights your card issuer provides.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the law of England and Wales. It does not affect statutory rights that apply to you.
