AI Disclaimer
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Playbookly is an AI-assisted studio. This disclaimer explains the limits of what it produces and your responsibilities when using it.
What Playbookly produces
Playbookly generates standard operating procedures, onboarding checklists, RACI matrices, FAQ manuals, diagrams and training walkthroughs using AI assistance and a structured document engine. Everything it produces is a reference template and a starting point — not a finished, approved or certified document. Playbookly is an online-only digital service: no physical goods are sold or shipped, and it does not provide certification, inspection, or on-site services.
Not professional advice
Playbookly outputs do not constitute legal, financial, tax, HR, or health & safety (H&S) advice, and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Where a process touches a legal or regulatory requirement — for example food safety, fire safety, employment and working-time rules, licensing, or data protection — you must check the output against the rules that apply where you operate, and consult a competent professional where appropriate, before relying on it.
Verify before you use it
Outputs are drafts for your review. You must verify each step against your actual operation, equipment, premises and staff, and confirm it is practical and safe before putting it into practice. You are responsible for what you choose to do with the output.
No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that a generated document is complete, accurate, compliant, or fit for a particular purpose. The tool does not monitor or carry out your processes, and we are not responsible for operational, safety or business outcomes that result from using an SOP.
Your inputs
You are responsible for the business information you enter. Do not paste confidential, secret, or third-party proprietary information. See the Content License and Privacy Policy for how inputs and outputs are handled. We do not use your content to train AI models.
