This explains who owns Inputs and Outputs in Playbookly, and the limited licence you grant us to process them.
You own your content
You retain ownership of the information you enter (“Inputs”) and the SOPs, checklists, matrices, manuals, diagrams and walkthroughs generated from them (“Outputs”). Playbookly does not claim ownership of your Inputs or Outputs.
Licence you grant us
To run the service, you grant ROLLY K LIMITED a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to provide the studio to you — for example, generating a document, rendering a diagram, and letting you return to your saved work. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short backup-retention windows described in the Privacy Policy.
We do not train models on your content
We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train AI models or to build training datasets. Where an AI provider is connected to refine wording, only the minimum text needed is sent to return your result.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to submit your Inputs and that they do not include confidential, secret or third-party proprietary information you are not permitted to use. You are responsible for how you use Outputs, which are reference templates you must verify — see the AI Disclaimer.
Our materials
Sample templates, illustrative diagrams and site content we publish remain the property of ROLLY K LIMITED. You may use them within your own organisation but may not resell or redistribute them as a standalone product.
